Syrex Risk Management is recruiting event-focused Traffic Marshals to work at high-profile venues, festivals, stadiums, concerts, and live events across London.
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and suppliers, keeping vehicles, pedestrians, and event operations moving safely and efficiently.
The Role:
- Direct event traffic, delivery vehicles, and coaches to designated areas
- Manage drop-off, pick-up, and parking zones for guests and staff
- Ensure safe pedestrian crossings and access routes
- Liaise with event control via radio to manage vehicle flow
- Set up cones, barriers, and signage before and after events
- Provide a friendly and helpful welcome to event attendees
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate - essential
- Previous experience in event, festival, or stadium environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to remain alert in busy, high-pressure settings
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and occasional late finishes)
