Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Management Setup: Install and maintain traffic management systems, including signs, cones, barriers, and temporary traffic lights, in compliance with 12D M1, M2, and M5 standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all traffic management activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular checks to ensure traffic management setups remain safe and effective throughout project durations.
- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other operatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to any traffic-related issues or call outs, maintaining safety for road users and workers.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including risk assessments and site logs, to ensure accurate records of traffic management activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid 12D M1, M2, and M5 qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Traffic Management Operative.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Full UK Driving Licence
