Experienced timber frame erectors are needed on a site in Horndean near Portsmouth. Job responsibilities include all aspects of prefabricated timber frame assembly: sole plates, crane assisted panel erection, floor cassette installation, roof assembly, fascia, soffits etc.
Candidates are expected to work to a high standard and be punctual.
Minimum qualifications:
- CSCS
- NVQ in carpentry,
- Own basic carpentry tools
Preferred qualifications:
- CPCS/NPORS crane/lifting supervisor
- CPCS/NPORS slinger/signaller
- SSSTS, SMSTS
- STA membership
- First Aid
Teams of 2-4 erectors including SSSTS, lifting supervisor and slinger are welcome to apply Price work will be considered.
Work hours:
8am-5pm, 1 hour break.
Self- employed basis. Immediate start.
