Responsibilities:
- Support Fashion's LIVE Team by driving growth in livestream sales, contributing to strategy and identifying and incubating potential livestreaming talent
- Owning daily operations, including data analysis, reporting and budget allocation
- Participate in ideation and implementation of LIVE selling strategies and training programs; build seller-facing communications that will drive livestream sales growth
- Contribute to development of livestream best practices and playbooks
- Support the existing operations of all seller-facing initiatives, including but not limited to: presenting webinars, creating educational materials, devising incentive strategies, advising on livestream operations
- Support the coordination of livestream events and campaigns, with occasional work on-site with merchants
