Betterclean Services Cardiff and Newport is hiring a cleaner to join a team for a valued client in Newport. Starting in September.
Hours are 12.5 hours per week as follows:
Monday to Friday 2.5hrs per shift, 3:30pm - 6.00pm. 40 weeks per year. This is a set salary role so you will get the benefit of earning every month.
This requires a DBS check as a mandatory point. This will be paid for by the company, but reclaimed if the candidate leaves within 6 months.

Your skills and experience
Experience as a cleaner isn’t essential, as we provide full training. However, you'll need to:
- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
- Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team
Cleaner Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
- Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine
- Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes
- Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner
