SALARY: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

We have vacancies for temporary Industrial Cleaners, to join us in the North Yorkshire area.
The Industrial Cleaner role exists to provide a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our industrial site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all staff.
The role briefly encompasses the following duties: -
Cleaning of industrial equipment, floors and workspaces
Operate cleaning machinery as required
Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals meeting COSHH requirements
Completion of paperwork required
Report any maintenance and safety issues to the Supervisor
Attend training sessions as required
Any other related duties as requested by the manager
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and must have a good understanding of Health & Safety in the work place following procedures at all times
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience/ attributes: -
Confined spaces training (desirable)
Promote and adhere to good understanding of health and safety practices including risk assessments and methods of work
Ensure personal protective clothing is always used where necessary and kept to the agreed standard
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Risk assessment and manual handling training
COSHH awareness training
