Overview:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Fragrance Consultant on a 6 month temporary fixed term contract, ending on 31st December 2025.
Mission:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Fragrance Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals and building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service.
The Fragrance Consultant is responsible for creating meaningful experiences so that we inspire human connections with our customers, providing the highest level of customer service and achieving sales goals through delivering compelling Fragrance Profiling experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our past and present creations, including raw ingredients and extraction methods
- Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique in-store experience, inspiring connections and loyalty
- To tell compelling stories alongside brand and product guidelines, maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Build and craft new and existing entrepreneurial methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of revenue forecasts
- Work towards the achievement of sales goals, on both an individual and store lever, actively converting footfall and linking sales
- Comply with company procedures including service steps, returns, exchanges, etc
- Follow visual merchandising and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness front and back of house at all times
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Experience:
- Experience within a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury
- Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals
- Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing
- A keen in the industry and market trends
