Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings while addressing customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on opportunities.
- Achieve daily call targets while maintaining high-quality interactions with customers.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to assist in refining marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
