FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Telephone Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting potential individuals for the training academy's programs
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline via cold calls, warm leads, and networking
- Conducting needs analysis and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Delivering program presentations and live demonstrations online and in person
- Closing sales through effective negotiation and relationship-building
- Liaising with Operations to ensure program delivery excellence
- Hitting monthly targets on sales, revenue, and receivables
- Handling post-sale student support and coordinating class schedules
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for professionals who are:
- Experienced: 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in training/education)
- Communicators: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms
- Goal-Driven: Motivated to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Adaptable: Quick to learn new offerings and align them to client needs
- Professional: Able to work independently and thrive in a team
