We need a tech-savvy problem-solver to join our team! In this dual role, you’ll:
- Provide technical support (troubleshooting issues, guiding users via phone/email/chat)
- Complete Data entry (both digital and manual transcription)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Technical Support:
- Diagnose and resolve user issues with software/systems
- Walk customers through fixes with clear instructions
- Escalate complex problems when needed
✔ Data Entry:
- Input and maintain data with 100% accuracy
- Fast, precise typing ability for efficient data transcription
- Spot and flag inconsistencies
We’re Looking For:
✓ Basic tech knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)
✓ Experience in support, data entry, or IT (a bonus, not essential)
✓ Super organised with a sharp eye for detail
✓ Patience and clarity when helping non-tech users
Please note that you must be comfortable working independently on night shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
