Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical to join the team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a part-time, temporary basis. This role will be for 22.5 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am to 4:00pm (including a 30-minute unpaid break each day).


Please note that the expected start date for this role is Monday, 1st September 2025, and it will conclude on Monday, 31st August 2026.

Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Electrical

We're seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This part-time, fixed-term role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end point assessments.
