Job Title: Technical Certification Officer
Location: Hybrid working (2/3 days in our Malta office, Tower Business Centre, Swatar)

Context
To lead the certification decision-making process by ensuring that all audit evidence is evaluated objectively, impartially, and in full compliance with ISO standards and accreditation requirements, guaranteeing the integrity, consistency, and credibility of issued certifications.
Competencies
- Technical support in the sales process
- Support in audit activity planning
- Audit documentation review
- Remote support to auditors
- Support to maintain the accreditation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17021
- Document preparation and review (certificate preparation included).
Experience & Qualifications
- A technical background (a University Degree in Engineering, science, or technology is preferable)
- Good personal attitude and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, sometimes under pressure, and an attitude to problem-solving
- Good familiarity with PC use, MS software and CRM tools
- Knowledge of company management system standards/normative documents: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 37001 and other MS is appreciated)
- Knowledge of ISO 19011 – qualification as a management systems auditor is a plus
- Fluency in the Italian language, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
