Team Member / Barista / Server
Grounded is a small independent business with 8 sites that prides itself on serving Bristol and Wiltshire some of the best coffee and amazing food in warm and comfortable surroundings. We are an all day operation serving some stunning breakfasts and a variety of signature dishes all the way through to dinner
We are seeking a flexible and adaptable team member to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Duties will include cash handling, coffee making, running food, clearing tables, taking orders and general cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will possess passion, strong leadership skills and a warm hospitable personality .
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service from breakfast through to dinner inorder to give all of our guests a great memorable experience. This role will require an element of leadership and multitasking to navigate through some peak trade.
There will be room for growth and development for the right candidate.
Requirements
Proven restaurant / cafe experience.
Calm and personable under pressure
Ability to multi task, work in an organised an efficient manner.
Strong communication skills.
A flexible schedule to work a variety of mornings or evening shifts across the week, including weekends
