Duties
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order processing.
- A passion for food preparation and culinary arts.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
