Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards.
Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards is desirable.
- Experience in serving or upselling is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded skill set for the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,886.48-£30,300.17 per year
Expected hours: No more than 12.40 per week
