- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and upsell menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Strong upselling abilities to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting
- A helpful attitude towards both customers and colleagues, fostering a positive team environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
