Duties

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support team members in various projects and initiatives as required.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard office software.
