Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with a genuine passion for care and who want to improve the lives of others
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential), or working towards a level 3
- Team leadership experience
- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Empathy, patience and caring personalities
- Previous experience with Dementia and Mental Health (desirable)
- Review care plans
- Experience with liaising with external health professionals
- NCFE Level 2 Understanding the safe handling of medicines in health and social care (Desirable)
