What You’ll Do:
- ✅ Take an active, hands-on role in delivering top-tier cleaning services
- ✅ Lead a small team on key jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency
- ✅ Train new and existing staff to meet our high standards
- ✅ Assess future team members through trial shifts
- ✅ Uphold Shine Time’s reputation for professionalism, teamwork, and a friendly work culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone in good health, ready to tackle strenuous tasks like biohazard cleanup and deep cleans
- A natural leader who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Experience in cleaning is a plus—but attitude and reliability matter most
