In addition to providing leadership and support to our Team Members, you will be providing a superior standard of service to our guests and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones) Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
