Responsibilities
Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality care to residents.
Develop and implement individualised care plans and any relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure a supportive environment and smooth running of the home.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in senior care and IT systems relevant to the role.
You'll also provide quality care to our residents
You'll be the first point of contact for our Support Workers and will work alongside the Deputy and Registered Managers to complete management tasks to a high standard.
Drive initiatives that enhance resident well-being and satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar environment is essential.
Strong understanding of senior care practices and the ability to implement effective care plans.
Proficiency in IT systems used for managing resident information and care documentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families.
Holding or working towards an NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
