This primary school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant learning community where every child is known, valued, and supported to achieve their best.
The Role
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will:
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to support pupils' learning and development.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and inclusion for all children.
- Provide tailored support to individuals and groups, including children with SEND.
- Help prepare learning environments and contribute to planning and assessment.
- Support behaviour management and promote a safe, positive atmosphere.
- Take part in wider school life, including extracurricular and enrichment activities.
This is a full-time, term-time only position. The successful candidate may be required to support learning in class/es, on a one-to-one basis, or in small group interventions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (C) in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- First Aid training is desirable (or willingness to complete it).
