Actual Salary: £10,206 - £10,368 (DOE) pro rata
Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 38.2 weeks per year (term time plus one agreed inset day per year)
Hours: Part-time, 18 hours per week (Mon, Thurs & Fri, 9.00am until 3.30pm)

Job summary;
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our warm and friendly team at Milton-on-Stour CE VA Primary School. We’re looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping children grow in confidence and reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant you must be committed and flexible, be able to support groups and individual children with their learning. The role requires you to support the learning of specific pupils with additional educational needs either within the classrooms or 1:1, or in small groups. Being able to work as part of a team is essential as well as being able to use your own initiative. The successful candidates will need excellent communication and liaison skills and will be closely supported by teachers.

The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
