Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the safe and timely transport of passengers. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for navigating the city, maintaining your vehicle, and communicating effectively with clients. We have school contracts available for immediate start (dedicated income monthly)
Duties
- Drive passengers to their desired destinations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the taxi vehicle.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Assist passengers with heavy lifting of luggage or other items as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fares.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and dispatchers.
- Familiarity with local streets and navigation systems is essential.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
