At Lantmännen Unibake, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent & Training Advisor to join our Human Resources team. Are you passionate about people development and training excellence?
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the administration and coordination of training programs, including compliance and mandatory training
- Manage training calendars, employee records, and online training modules
- Support the delivery of Leadership Development Programs and Early Careers initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance onboarding and employer branding
- Develop and deliver learning materials, including digital content using Articulate and other platforms
- Administer CIEH licenses and maintain accurate training documentation
💡 What We’re Looking For
- To begin with, strong organisational skills are essential. You’ll be managing multiple systems and processes to ensure smooth training operations across our sites.
- We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment—whether on the shop floor or in a supporting role. This background will help you understand the unique challenges of our industry.
You’ll need:
- Proficiency in the Windows suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media is a plus, great for promoting training and engaging employees
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A flexible, pragmatic approach and a passion for continuous improvement
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent vocational qualification (or relevant experience) desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with training systems and record management
