Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Duties (Chef):
- Prepare, cook, and present pizzas and other menu items to company standards.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation are consistently high.
- Manage food preparation timelines during peak and off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory, prepare prep lists, and assist with ordering stock when necessary.
- Introduce new pizza ideas, seasonal specials, or improvements where appropriate.
Front of House Duties (Customer Service):
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, operate POS systems, and manage payments.
- Address customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas.
- Pack takeaway orders carefully and manage delivery/pickup coordination.
