We're now looking for a proactive Systems Coordinator to support the delivery and development of our digital systems and services.
Job Overview
As Systems Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing NEBDN's operational systems, including our learner and centre management platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure systems are fit for purpose, efficient, and continuously improved to meet the needs of the business.
This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The Systems Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating resources, and supporting the project management process.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, requests and improvements.
- Coordinate the setup, configuration and maintenance of NEBDN systems (e.g., Pebble Pad, Maxexam, etc).
- Liaise with our external IT company to implement upgrades and/or installations, working with managers to improve team procedures and awareness on cyber security whilst supporting the Executives on annual cyber updates, insurance and team training.
- Assist with data management, including data entry reporting and integrity audits.
- Document processes, procedures and system configurations for training and compliance.
- Maintain security standards and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Strong system administration skills
- ‘A’ Level or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may compensate)
- At least 3 years’ experience of working with enterprise systems, technical coordination or IT Support.
- Experience of working with CRM and database systems
- Experience with Linux and TCP/IP networking
