Role Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Swim School Lead to manage the smooth day-to-day running of our classes and teaching team. You’ll work closely with the Director and teachers, support parents with queries, and ensure high standards are met across the board.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering parent emails and phone calls
- Arranging teacher cover and updating schedules
- Managing pupil assessments and progression reports
- Conducting quarterly teacher observations
- Tracking staff qualifications and inductions
- Supporting marketing and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
- Confidence managing small teams
- Bonus: experience in swim teaching or swim school admin
