We have kindles available during lessons with an account for each teacher. It allows you to access the register, medical information of each child, and assessment sheets. The software programme does not require wifi so there are no problems with this!
Additionally, Coral Reef Swim School uses a unique method of providing children with weekly, written feedback in the form of 3 bullet points. Each swimmer has their own 'Swimmer's Profile' on GoogleDocs. Only management, the teacher and parent/career/guardian can access this.
We ask that this is completed within 2-3 days after the lessons have been completed, however, if you have additional commitments, we can come to an arrangement.
You will be paid to complete all of the individual's 'Swimmer's Profile' outside of work.
