SushiDog has brought a new innovative style of selling sushi to the UK and is the first of its kind - we make made-to-order sushi rolls and bowls exactly how the customer wants. The job will entail the preparation and serving of sushi. Applicants are not expected to have any previous experience working in a sushi kitchen and will receive full training on all aspects of the job.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintains a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting and serving guests and preparing
Provides exceptional customer service during all times of the shift
Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to customers
Uses Point of Sale (POS) system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount
Prepares food neatly, according to the formula and in a timely manner
Checks products in fridge unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and cleaning standards during
