iDirect support people who have a learning disability, autism and/or mental health to live in their own home and to access their community. Each person has a package of support uniquely designed around them to ensure they have a good and meaningful life.
We are looking for passionate, hardworking and experienced individuals who are able to think on their feet, be able to problem solve and remain solution focused at all times, in the Weymouth and Dorchester areas of Dorset.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities and mental health support is preferred including experience in providing active support, however, experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
