About the Role
You'll work in a small Supported Living setting for up to 5 individuals, helping them lead fulfilling lives while maintaining independence. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medication
Supporting with meal preparation and household tasks
Assisting with budgeting and finances
Encouraging social connections and community involvement
Attending health and social appointments with individuals

About You
Youll bring:
At least 1 years experience in a Supported Living or Mental Health setting
A positive, proactive, and person-centred approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
