We’re looking for hard-working team players who are committed to high standards of care.
Full training is provided, but we need people who have a minimum of two years experience or a suitable qualification that will evidence their understanding of the needs of the people who we support. We value interpersonal skills learned from other jobs such as hospitality and retail.
We work support individuals with daily living as well as with their extensive behavioural needs. This is a challenging but extremely rewarding role. You'll work alongside the best in the industry so expectations are high. This role therefore, is not for the feint hearted.
Shifts are typically 8:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 10:00pm; and 10:00pm to 8:00am for night duty. Generally rostered any three, four or five days out of seven.
Ability to drive with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential. Very competitive mileage rates.
