- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to health guidelines.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving them to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement first aid procedures as necessary and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or home care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary needs is beneficial.
- Experience in medication administration and knowledge of first aid practices are advantageous.
- A background in childcare or nursing can be an asset for this role.
