Respectful Care, which pays the highest rates in the area for Guaranteed Contractual Hours, has an opportunity for Support and Care Workers.

We currently have Guaranteed Contractual Hours to offer with very competitive rates, as follows from the 1st April 2025 –
· £15.50 PH + 35p per mile – Band 3 Coaching and Development Team
· £15.00 PH + 35p per mile – Band 2 (after a six-month probationary period has passed)
· £14.50 PH + 35p per mile – Band 1 (first six months of employment)
