Support Worker - Blackburn
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to individualsin supported living settings.
Precedo Healthcare is looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Blackburn, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism residing within a supported living settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Support with daily living, personal care, and routines
- Promote independence and involvement in the community
- Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months' recent experience as a Support Worker
- A caring, reliable, and person-centred approach
- Current DBS on the update service or willing to apply
