Our Services:

At Glenrothes supported living, we support up to 12 customers within their own homes. We promote independence and community involvement by creating bespoke support packages based on the allocated hours of support for individuals. We support with various aspects of daily living activities as well as personal care in line with the needs of the people we support.

We are amongst the highest rated providers of care and supported living services in the UK, with 87% of our services rated ‘good’ or ‘very good’ by regulators.

Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day!

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
  • Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
  • Team players who thrive under pressure and are ready to join a supportive environment.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota as needed.
