Support Worker - Birmingham
£12.21 - £13 an hour weekly pay
We are recruiting for 2 Support Workers to join our agency based in Birmingham. This is an opportunity to pick up regular shifts on a weekly basis and each shift would be 12 hours long day or night you have a choice.
What will you be doing?
You will be working 3-1 with a young person who needs support. You will experience challenging behaviour so you must have previous experience working in challenging behaviour environment. This role involves taking the young person out to the community as well as going out for lunch. Just to note again you will be working along side 2 other support workers so you will be a total of 3 support workers.
Successful candidate
- PMVA or MAPA trained this is mandatory
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker for a young person
- Able to work in Birmingham
- Team player
- Previous Team Leader experience would be ideal
