- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a care setting.
