Active Prospects are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our Community Prospects team. This team support a number of people across East Surrey within their own homes and services.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be included in creating activities and ensuring the people we support receive a great level of care within their home. You will be supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations – no matter how big or small they are – and to promote independence by learning new skills. With the great support of your manager and our interactive training programme.

Shifts: We are able to offer a range of working patterns dependant on the needs of the service. Do let us know your shift preference and we will happily discuss whether or not the service can accommodate. You must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
