MS Ltd is a well-established, privately owned refurbishment and maintenance company, delivering high-quality services across the hospitality and education sectors. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and small construction works.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site employees, ensuring projects run smoothly.
- Handle day-to-day site issues and drive projects to practical completion — on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Essential Requirements
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- First Aid Certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Relevant H&S training (e.g., asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at height) — training can be provided for the right candidate.

- Professional, self-motivated, and focused.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to take initiative and work independently while leading a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
