- Proven experience in fashion, footwear, or accessories retail
- A confident, people-first leadership style with a hands-on approach
- A passion for customer service and a natural flair for styling and selling
- A track record of supporting team development and driving performance
- Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales reports and KPIs
- A positive, can-do attitude and a love for hitting targets
- Experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Assistant Manager looking to grow
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead by example to deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and on-the-floor training
- Take ownership of visual merchandising and in-store displays
- Use commercial reports to make smart stock and layout decisions
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
- Help plan and execute local events and brand-building activities
- Ensure the store runs smoothly and in line with company policies and health & safety standards
