Job Title: Holiday Camp Team Leaders/Assistants - Summer HOLIDAYS
Location: Bristol, Bath and North Somerset
Job Type: Temporary (with opportunities for future employment during school holidays)
Salary: £12-£15 per hour depending on experience and role.

Pro-Coaching has been working with children for over 23 years. We are a dynamic, growing organisation that delivers engaging and rewarding activities for children during school holidays. Our holiday camps provide fun, safe, and enriching experiences for children while supporting their development.
Role Overview:
We are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and reliable staff to join our team and lead/ assist at our holiday camps. This role is ideally suited to sports coaches, teachers, teaching assistants, or those working towards these roles who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise children in a variety of activities, including sports, arts and crafts, food making and team-building exercises.
- Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other staff members to deliver engaging and well-organised sessions.
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety practices and support the well-being of all children.
- Assist in set-up and of activity areas as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or similar role is essential for our leadership roles. For our assistants, this is highly desirable.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
- Completion of safeguarding training (or willingness to complete it).
- Food hygiene certification is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information:
We prioritise full-week availability to maintain consistency for the children and the team. Successful candidates will be expected to complete required training before starting.
