Role overview:
Reporting to the Brand Lead, this role requires an organised, creative thinker who canlead and deliver best-in-class styling across a diverse range of shoots including editorial, Ecommerce and social. You will be able to work on a wider variety of tasks to support a small but mighty team and assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance, always ensuring the high level of standards in the photography studio are maintained.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the apparel and footwear styling at all levels across all touchpoints, ensuring we are showcasing our products in the best light, always with a trend-focused approach.
Proactively monitor fashion trends to ensure our styling is always on-point.
Highly proficient in producing outfit plans and reference decks for larger brand marketing campaigns ensuring any styling choices align with the brief and direction of the concept.
Ensure appropriate brand adjacencies are used in all digital, physical and marketing campaigns.
Manage the sourcing, booking and scheduling of models for marketing content, ensuring appropriate models are selected to reflect size? Group consumer profiles. Costs must be logged and tracked against the outlined process and work within budgets defined.
Independently track relevant costs, working to a defined budget and become proficient in utilising the Coupa finance management system. You will be responsible for the upkeep of invoices and working with Group Finance independently.
Ability to always generate and maintain a strong styling kit to ensure shoots run smoothly and operate in a timely manner.
Own the studio stock ensuring it’s always organised and clearly visible, ready to be used in on set and organised to be returned to the DC when needed.
Develop ways of working to ensure efficient campaign delivery to meet KPIs and objectives as well as applying a continuous improvement attitude to drive future development.
Strive to drive consistency in styling, clearly understanding the brand aesthetic.
Take responsibility for your on-going performance via regular PDP reviews with your line manager to champion personal development and team atmosphere.
Skills, experience and knowledge required:
Previous styling experience within a consumer brand is essential
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage workload independently to achieve deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure all our footwear and apparel appears in its best light.
Able to work accurately and effectively, and respond to quick turnaround requests, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
Must be self-motivated and pro-active.
Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the business.
A keen interest in streetwear fashion / sneaker brands is a necessity – especially the size? Group Brands
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.
