What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside our Events Operations Manager to ensure our events and mobile setups run seamlessly, handling:
- Mobilisation of units, staff, equipment, and ingredients across Scotland
- Travel and setup, ensuring the correct unit and equipment are in place
- Deliveries, transporting stock and equipment to our Edinburgh locations
- Logistical coordination, ensuring our street food units are prepped and operational
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driver’s licence (experience towing trailers is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills to keep operations running smoothly
- Excellent communication skills, as teamwork is essential
- Practical skills—experience in trades such as joinery or electrical work is beneficial but not required

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £13-£14 per hour (base rate)
