Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appeal
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and store operations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or issues
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
