Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–4:30pm
& Friday, 7:30am–1:30pm

About the Role:
Hawk Furniture, a growing and dynamic office furniture manufacturer, is looking for a reliable and hands-on Stock Distribution Operative to join our team. This vital role involves ensuring stock is efficiently distributed throughout the factory, supporting both the Storesman and the Purchasing Manager in maintaining accurate stock control and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute stock and materials to the correct factory departments and workstations
- Work closely with the Storesman and Buyer to manage and monitor stock levels
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Keep accurate stock movement records using our inventory systems
- Ensure storage and production areas remain clean, safe, and well-organised
- Support with general stockroom duties as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or stock-handling environment
- Familiarity with Sage 200 or MRP systems (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A forklift licence (advantageous, but training can be provided)
