About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Static Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises through regular patrolling, incident reporting, and effective conflict management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site patrols (15 minutes on patrol followed by a 15-minute break, repeated throughout the shift).
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter any potential risks.
- Accurately record and report all incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies.
- Manage and de-escalate conflicts using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure.
- Full-time availability (rotational shifts, including nights and weekends if required).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
