Job Summary
We are seeking to add another skilled Spray Painter to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction / manufacturering painting and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all painting tasks are completed to a high standard. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and maintaining tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Proficient in construction painting techniques with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to drive and transport materials to various job sites as required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
