Are you a detail-driven individual with a steady hand and a strong work ethic? We’re looking for a Prep Painter Spray Operative to join our evening shift team at our busy Cookstown site. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that values precision, safety, and efficiency—this is the role for you.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepping lintels for painting with care and precision
Applying a high-quality paint finish to completed lintels
Ensuring products meet strict quality control standards
Managing timelines to ensure painted products are ready for delivery
Keeping detailed maintenance records for paint spray equipment
Regularly cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and filter panels
Taking responsibility for your work area—keeping it clean, safe, and organised
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Collaborating with your Supervisor to address any production issues
Contributing to team performance by helping meet key KPIs
?? What You’ll Need:
A valid Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
A commitment to high-quality work and safety
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively on an evening shift schedule
A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
